Manual Plate Frame Filter Press 4m2 for Wastewater Treatment

The Filter Press Membrane Filter Press is a sludge dewatering machine designed for efficient wastewater treatment. The system consists of a frame, filter plates, pressing system, and electric control cabinet.

The frame includes a base, push plate, and girder that supports the pressing device and filter plates. Filter plates are installed on the girder between the tail plate and push plate, with filter cloth sandwiched between them. During operation, the pressing device drives the push plate to compress the filter plates and cloth.

The electric control cabinet manages the sludge dewatering process, allowing operators to set dewatering time, pump pressure, and treatment capacity.
