Working Principle

The system operates through electrochemical reactions:

Fe → Fe²⁺ + 2e⁻

Anodizing reaction produces nascent oxygen [O] with strong oxidation function:

2OH⁻ → 2[O] + 2e⁻ → O₂ + 2e⁻

Cathode reduction produces nascent hydrogen that breaks chemical bonds:

2H⁺ + 2e⁻ → 2[H] → H₂

These oxidation and reduction functions continuously occur on the electrode plates.
