Screw Press Introduction

Screw Press Working Process
  1. Conditioned sludge flows into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed toward the discharging end.
  2. As the gap between shaft threads increases, water separates from sludge and flows out through ring gaps.
  3. Moving and fixed rings self-clean to prevent blockages.
  4. Filtered sludge cakes are pushed forward and discharged.
